Dartmouth -- MA ESGR Program Support Specialist David St. Germain visited Eye Health Vision Center in Dartmouth for a multiple awards presentation and Statement of Support Signing on July 18th. Dr. Steven F. Sullivan, CEO of the organization signed a Statement of Support and was then presented the Above and Beyond Award by Mr. St. Germain. Dr. Sullivan was also presented the Patriotic Employer Award by staff member Dr. Philbrook S. Mason. Dr. Mason, a Commander in the Navy Reserve nominated Dr. Sullivan for the Patriotic Employer Award. 

Dr. Mason reported that Dr. Sullivan and the entire organization have been unflagging in their support of his Navy Reserve service. They have allowed him additional time off with pay and benefits and provided materiel support to assist Dr. Mason in humanitarian operations in Thailand and Cameroon . Eye Health Vision Center has also made special equipment available to facilitate Dr. Mason’s efforts to provide the best eye care to patients during these operations.
