Wrentham - On September 17, 2008 Mrs. Robin Bouchard, Director of Nursing at the Wrentham Developmental Center, was awarded the ESGR Patriot Award. This award was in recognition for Mrs.Bouchard's outstanding support of First Sergeant Guy Lampietro and his family. Mr. Lampietro a member of the United States Army Reserve is one of two employees that Mrs. Bouchard supervises. During Mr. Lampietro's recent deployment, Mrs. Bouchard stayed in contact with his family and rallied support to coordinate care packages for them. "Robin is supportive of me and my family, always fair, and never doubts my role in the Military."  

In attendance for the presentation representing the Wrentham Developmental Center were Facility Director Nicholas D'Aluisio and Assistant Facility Director Cindy Shepherd. Mr. D'Aluisio proudly signed a Statement of Support after Sergeant First Class Richard Reynolds, ESGR Program Coordinator for the Massachusetts National Guard, explained ESGR’s mission to increase awareness of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, or USERRA. He then congratulated Mrs. Bouchard and thanked Mr. Lampietro for his service.
