New Bedford - MA ESGR Program Support Specialist Dave St. Germain presented a Patriot Award to Ms. Rosalina Carneiro, manager of a Rite Aid Pharmacy in New Bedford. Employee and Army Reserve Staff Sergeant (SSG) James Coelho, recommended Ms. Carneiro for the award because of her unwavering flexibility with work scheduling to meet SSG. Coelho's Army needs. Ms. Carneiro also accommodates Mr. Coelho by allowing him the time to attend college classes. SSG Coelho further stated that when he returned from mobilization for Operation Iraqi Freedom, Ms. Carneiro welcomed him like he had never left.
