WESTBOROUGH, MA. November 13, 2009. Jeanette Soucy, an employee of Alpha Analytical, Inc. is also a Master Sergeant (MSgt) in the US Air Force Reserve. Today, MSgt Soucy assisted MAESGR Member David St. Germain in presenting The Above and Beyond Award to Mr. Mark Woefel, CEO of Alpha Analytical, Inc. of Westborough, MA. The ceremony was held at the company headquarters with the entire staff in attendance.   

Alpha Analytical, Inc. is a 130 person organization and MSgt Soucy is the only military member employee in their workforce. Jeanette stated that she was extremely proud to be a member of the Air Force Reserve and even prouder of her employment at Alpha Analytical. During her years at Alpha, she has been deployed several times. She also added the fact that due to her senior position with her military unit, she has put a considerable amount of extra time to ensure mission capabilities of the organization are met. Alpha has always stood behind and supported her 100% throughout her military career.  

The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department of Defense agency established in 1972. The mission of ESGR is to gain and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service by recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of the USERRA law of 1994 and resolving conflicts through mediation. The MA Committee has more than 40 volunteers dedicated to helping every, "Citizen Soldier". On hand representing MAESGR was Staff Member David St. Germain.
