WALTHAM, MA. February 12, 2010. Superlogics Inc. has a small 12 member workforce manufacturing software and assembling a wide range of cost effective, high performance, extremely reliable Intel®-based rack-mount computer systems. They also create and assemble touch panel computers as well as other computer related products since 1995. One of two of their employees serving as reservists nominated Mr. Richard Constantini for a Patriot award. Employee and Army National Guard Private Douglas Barbosa stated in his nomination; "I was away from work for 6 months performing basic and advanced infantry training. My supervisor, Rich Constantini, was always in touch with me sending letters, supplies, stamps, writing materials and always keeping my co-workers and friends in touch with me as well. I strongly feel that Mr. Constantini is well deserving of this Award!" Superlogics Inc. had previously signed a Statement of Support and will soon have another one of their employees joining the military ranks.  

The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department of Defense agency established in 1972. The mission of ESGR is to gain and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service by recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of the USERRA law of 1994 and resolving conflicts through mediation. The MA Committee has more than 35 volunteers dedicated to helping every "Citizen Soldier". On hand representing MAESGR were Volunteer Roger Fortin and Program Support Specialist David St. Germain.
